Budzynski has over 15 years’ experience with global public and private companies in highly regulated industries including Energy and Insurance. Since 2022, she has served as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Ethics & Integrity Officer and Corporate Secretary for Ohmium International, where she leads one of the few all female teams in the industry.
